List Fashion Group presents its new Fall-Winter 2015-16 Collection

JULY 13, 2015

VIA FRATTINA 92 - ROME

In the historic boutique of Via Frattina, List Fashion Group presents its new Fall-Winter 2015-16 Collection. After returning from the Berlin Premium-International Fashion Trade, the Roman brand has chosen the Roman Fashion Week AltaRomAltaModa to reaffirm its role as leader of quality women's fashion. In fact the next season collection is the perfect mix between the bon-ton tradition and the Asian avant-garde, where peonies and bamboo - typically related to the East culture - become sometimes "optical" on crêpe fabric and sometimes "electric" on more fluid and transparent materials. The classic Paris-style combination of black and white, becomes tinged with bright colors such as cornflower blue and "azalea" shades of pink, which remind of the neon lights of a futuristic city like Shanghai.

This is the world of List Ready-to-Wear, Chic and Private Collections - the highest peak of LIST research – which feature collarless and ample coats reminding of those typical of the 1950s, or "micro-Chanel" ones with jewel-like buttons similar to military tailcoats and deconstructed jackets, made of technical fabrics and with fur effect. The Chic Collection inevitably features "Red Carpet" gowns: asymmetric long satin and jersey dresses with moulage effects, typical of French couture, with plunging necklines framed by jewel-like edges. Shirts and blouses are always chic and sexy, featuring soft and light fabrics and see-through effects combined with palazzo pants with pleats, cigarette pants or pants made of technical fabrics embellished with lurex edges. LIST embodies women in all their attitudes and personalities, to the point of creating the next season Ready-to-Wear Collection with multiple and multi-faceted styles such as the iconic Urban- Rock style of the brand, matched by two other styles: the Folk -Chic and the Glamour-Iced.

In the Urban-Rock style we find again the Paris flavour of Coco Chanel’s black and white heritage in the classic jackets enriched with jewel-like buttons, in jersey sheath dresses and in bouclé oversized coats, embellished with design stitching, buttons, frogs and decorative clasps. The original inspiration can also be found in the soft shirts and blouses , as well as in the warm cashmere pants and knitwear coloured with new shades such as yellow. The Paris mood is replaced by the rebel mood of the 1970s in the Folk-Chic style, in which fringes, camel shades - combined with green and rust brown – dominate, together with prints and many accessories based on the same theme. There is a flourishing of cabans, as well as stitched and close-fitting coats, blouses printed with naturalistic motifs and bell-bottom pants. The pattern is finally broken by the Glamour-Iced, a romantic style tinged with metameric colors, in which dove grey and icy hues meet the azalea shades of pink. Slit dresses, quilted jackets and coats with refined collars, triple crêpe coats, shirts mixed with georgette or embellished with pearl embroidery and tulle micro-flounces. Ottoman stitches characterize smaller pieces, cape coats, as well as romantic and feminine shrug wraps. Everything is framed in ultra-contemporary scenarios: the most advanced metropolis and their futuristic architectures are the perfect stage for LIST women and give a chic – albeit contemporary – allure to the collection.
