OMEGA welcomes customers to newest flagship store in Taikoo Li Chengdu
The OMEGA Boutique blends the brand’s luxurious design with traditional Chinese architecture. On Saturday 15 February, OMEGA opened the doors to its newest boutique. Housed in a historic building near Chengdu’s Daci Temple, it combines authentic Chinese heritage with the exquisite interior design and style that have come to define each “house of OMEGA”. As a protected heritage site, it was important that during the construction of the OMEGA Boutique, the building remain intact and the alterations to the original structure and style kept to a minimum. The entrance to the flagship store combines stone with dark wood, a design that is complemented by the original wooden ceiling, pillars and walls throughout the inside of the boutique. The red chairs, reconstituted zebrawood display counters and champagne glass back walls found in the two-storey Taikoo Li Chengdu boutique are in harmony with the appearance of the brand’s many other stores around the world. Guests and watch fans from China and around the world will enjoy browsing timepieces from OMEGA’s four renowned watch families in an elegant and luxurious environment that reflects the culture and traditional architecture of the country.
