Gong Li, welcomed as president of the Shanghai International Film Festival jury panel, wears Piaget jewels
The curtain has risen at the 17th Shanghai International Film Festival, where Piaget’s global ambassador, Gong Li, today became the first ever, female film star to serve as President of the Festival’s jury panel.
Known as the Academy Awards of the East, the Shanghai International Film Festival enjoys a long-established reputation as the premiere gathering for distinguished filmmakers from China and abroad.
Arriving at the Festival, Gong Li made a dramatic entrance in a cream-colored gown, perfectly accented with Piaget Haute Joaillerie. Blossoming like a jeweled rose on the red carpet, she epitomized the ultimate in glamour, elegance and sophistication.
