Lightness and cheerful colour games, Luca Larenza's new Spring Summer 23 collection is all about light-heartedness. Drawing inspiration from the aesthetic fluidity of Guadagnino's movies, capable of portraying both the complexity of adolescence and growth and its joy and freedom, a tale of lively patterns and garments with a relaxed fit comes to life.

Alternating stripes and dots, fan patterns and contrasting details express optimism and a positive outlook on life. The designer reflects on his own childhood memories, in which pleasant sunny afternoons, spent in the company of friends and without worries, take shape through an in-depth study of colours and special attention to lines.

The quality of the materials remain the focus of the collection. Silk, linen or cotton, combined with cashmere, make the maxi polo shirts light and soft, while the outerwear and jackets made of a linen and hemp blend, in total respect for the environment, complete the collection in a contemporary and elegant way.

Also in this season, special attention is paid to fabrics, which are carefully worked throughout the whole production process, such as the knitwear with 'net' stitches and patterns made with three-dimensional jacquard micro-designs and inlays. Exposed zips and maxi pockets on both overshirts and cargo trousers complete the garments in a mix of tradition and innovation.
