A cube-shaped candle-stand and smartphone speaker designed for “Marsotto edizioni” an Italian marble brand specialising in marble furniture.The candle-stand evenly spreads light, creating a graduation on the surface of the marble by hollowing-out a cube with the candle flame positioned right in the center of the sphere.The smartphone speaker evenly spreads the amplified sound with the cube being hollowed-out by two conical shapes and a slot on top to fit the smartphone.The two accessories can be used side by side because they are exactly the same in form and sizes, and are suitable for outdoor use due to them being made out of marble.This #design provides a sense of unity by adding a slight expression to the “light” and “sound”.
