LOVE FILA by Marion Bartoli Launches in Stores Worldwide

The high-fashion #tennis collection designed by former Wimbledon champion #marionbartoli makes its global debut in select retailers across the United States, as well as in international locations in London, Paris, Berlin, Hong Kong, and Seoul.

Earlier​ this year, the world got its first glimpse of LOVE #fila, a limited-edition collection of women’s #tennis styles designed by former Wimbledon champion, #marionbartoli in collaboration with sportswear company, #fila. It wasn’t long before the collection caught the eye of #tennis athletes and #fashion lovers alike, who were particularly drawn in by the clothing’s colorful graphics, unique designs, and overall versatility. In May, the line made its on-court debut on #tennis athlete Jelena Jankovic​, who sported the “Court Central” dress at the BNP Italian Open in Rome. And now, LOVE #fila is making its debut in a number of specialty retail locations around the globe. 

Ever since the collection made its global debut on April 15 in the United States, LOVE #fila has made its way to a number of select international locations, including stores in Paris, Berlin, Hong Kong, and China. The collection kicked off its series of international launches at the BHV Marais​​ in Marion’s home city of Paris, France on May 15 with an exclusive #event on the store's rooftop terrace that included a meet-and-greet with Marion, herself. On May 28, LOVE #fila made its way to Asia, where it unveiled at FILA's flagship store in Hong Kong's famous iSquare shopping center. The #event was complete with the presence of three models, who showed off key pieces from the collection in the store's front windows. Over the next few weeks, LOVE #fila is scheduled to make special debuts at Harrod's and Selfridge's in London, England, as well as at Neiman Marcus in New York City. Additional launches will also take place in Brazil, Japan, and South Korea.

ABOUT MARION BARTOLI

When she first hit the courts, French native #marionbartoli astounded #tennis fans with her intensity and unorthodox two-handed forehand, one of many signature techniques that would later earn her the title of 2013 Wimbledon Champion. Throughout her professional career, Bartoli amassed eight WTA singles titles and three doubles titles. In addition to her 2013 Grand Slam title, she was the Wimbledon runner-up in 2007 and a semifinalist at the 2011 French Open. In January 2012, Bartoli reached a career high ranking of 7 in the world.
