Comunicato Stampa disponibile solo in lingua originale.

Every item available from French manufacturer, #furygan, has been developed in its in-house R&D “Motion Lab” and features D3O protection, making each one fully CE-approved in terms of protection for motorcyclists, so there’s no better time to spring into the riding season with a new #furygan jacket.

Each new jacket below includes D3O protectors at the shoulders and elbows and features a pocket on the back section, which is compatible with D3O’s ‘central back’ Level 1 and ‘full back’ Level 2 back protectors as an added option.

Raptor

There’s no mistaking Furygan’s racing heritage when you see the Raptor jacket. High quality, waterproof treated, 1.4mm thick, full-grain leather forms the outer shell, while Furygan’s Skin Protect lining (developed in the Motion Lab) increases abrasion resistance and reduces tearing in the #event of an accident. The Raptor also features triple stitching on critical seams and external protection shells on the shoulders and elbows.

The sporty fit jacket features Furygan’s ‘Air Flow System’ - vents with water repellent zips - neoprene inserts on the collar and wrists, an internal technical ‘Coolon’ lining to maximise breathability, moisture absorption and comfort and a thermal padded removable vest lining with aluminum inserts on the chest for maximum protection against the cold. There’s a choice of two connecting zips – one short and one full – mounted on an elastic belt, two inside pockets, two outside pockets, adjusters on the waist and leather stretch panels strategically placed for comfort and ease on the bike.

Available in sizes S-3XL – in black/white and black/red – with an RRP of £369.99. There are also matching Raptor leather trousers available in coordinating colour schemes, with an RRP of £249.99.

Speed Mesh 3D

Inspired by the best-selling Akira, the Speed Mesh 3D is a vented jacket aimed at those who favour a leather jacket even in warmer weather. Key features include large 3D mesh panels for optimum air flow, external protection shells on the shoulder, leather stretch behind the shoulders and Cordura stretch on the elbows for comfort. Made from full-grain 1.4mm leather with 3D mesh panels, the jacket features #furygan Skin Protect lining to reinforce it against tearing and abrasion and critical seams have been triple stitched. There are four pockets – two inside and two outside.

Available in sizes S-3XL in black and white, the Speed Mesh 3D has an RRP of £269.99.

Spark

The Spark jacket is made from high tenacity polyester for abrasion resistance. It features reflective inserts on the chest and back for increased rider visibility, a waterproof insert, a thermal padded removable lining and mesh at the armpits for heat dissipation.

Designed with riding in all weathers in mind, there’s a zippable flap that fastens underneath the main zip to create an effective barrier against wind and rain. It also includes a connecting zip, mounted on an elastic belt, for attaching the jacket to trousers and additional snap claws. Two outside and three inside pockets – including a mobile phone net pocket – keep possessions safe. Neoprene inserts on the collar and wrists, combined with stretch panels behind the shoulders aid rider comfort.

Available in sizes S-4XL in black/white, black/blue and black/white/red, the Spark jacket has an RRP of £179.99.

Wind

The sport-focused #furygan Wind is aimed at riders looking for a racing-style jacket but with the versatility and comfort of a textile garment. It’s made from high tenacity polyester for abrasion resistance with ‘ballistic’ textile inserts and foam reinforcements at the forearms. The shoulders feature thermoformed external shells and there’s an internal polymesh lining – which is breathable, waterproof and lightweight.

There’s a removable thermal padded lining, mesh panels under the armpits to aid heat dissipation and it features vents with water repellent zips on the chest. A zippable flap fastens under the main zip in order to create an effective barrier against wind and rain and two connecting zips – one short and one full – mean that the jacket can be connected to trousers easily. Two outside and three inside pockets – including a mobile phone net pocket – keep possessions safe. Neoprene inserts on the collar, adjustability at the waist, neck and arms and stretch panels behind the elbows and shoulders ensure maximum comfort.

Available in black/white, black/beige/red and black/beige/blue in sizes S-4XL, the Wind has an RRP of £199.99.

Hero Evo

Keeping cool on the bike doesn’t mean you have to compromise on protection. The Hero Evo has been designed as a lightweight summer jacket that will keep you fully protected yet cool in warmer temperatures. The soft and comfortable coated polyester has been treated for abrasion and water resistance and the internal technical ‘Coolon’ lining maximises breathability, moisture absorption and rider comfort. Furygan’s Skin Protect lining – developed in Furygan’s R&D Motion Lab - reinforces the jacket against tearing and increases abrasion resistance.

There are six pockets – four on the outside and two on the inside. The two pockets on the chest open to reveal two additional vents, without decreasing carrying capacity. Connecting snap claws allow the jacket to be linked to the trousers quickly and easily and there are adjusters at the waist.
