Jourdan Dunn celebrates new Burberry store opening in Omotesando, Japan

British Burberry model Jourdan Dunn hosted an event tonight to celebrate the brand’s new store in heart of Omotesando, Tokyo. The in-store cocktail event, was attended by over 400 guests including Burberry models Ryohei Yamada and Charlie France, as well as Rihito, Tenko, Nanae Ubukata, Ayana Miyamoto, Miho Shida and Shohei Yamashita, all of whom wore Burberry. British DJ Mark Birtles of Tokyo Indie performed a live set. Set over four floors, the new store created under the design direction on Christopher Bailey, houses the largest Burberry product assortment in Japan, including the brand’s full menswear and womenswear collections. The store’s illuminated glass façade celebrates the Burberry check, whilst the interior references British architecture throughout. Video screens enable the broadcast of Burberry content and live events directly from the brand’s global headquarters in London.
